The issue in GetHuman-psparks's own words
On *-*-**, I tried to order a monogram necklace from Monogram Hub. I went through the process and my American Express was charged but the order was never completed. Then on June *rd, my son sat down with me and ordered four monogrammed necklaces. Each purchased had to be ordered individually therefore, constituting four different charges on my account. I had already been charged on May *th for one of these necklaces which the order never went through! Also on my charge card, on June *rd, I was charged $**.** for something that I don't have a clue (it stated Groupon Inc. Coupons) what it is. I feel my American Express card should be credited for $**.**. Please rectify this overcharge and advise me as to these extra charges. Thank you P. Sparks
