Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hello*I ordered ** tickets to seaworld orlando and the item is not in ny Groupon list of stuff. So i thought there was an error in processing my order since i didnt receive any email or indication that the order went through. When i try to repurchase the ticket, i get notified stating the number of items im trying to purchase is not enough even though the number of tickets im trying to purchase is **. So i ended using my sister account to purchase ** and the same thing occured. The purchase didnt appear in my stuff. So, i went to customer support only to find the ** tickets pending...so now i have * account withs ** tickets pending. I would like to cancel my purchase for ** of the ** before it goes through. Thank you.
