The issue in GetHuman-brewekat's own words
I went to the salon where I had purchase the Groupon from. They did not honor it. They were extreamly rude. I waited for thirty minutes after I showed them my Groupon while they spoke in an Asian language that I am not familiar with. They were very condescending then said they could honor my coupon. I had bought two mind you. One for me and one for a friend. Then when we got back there they tried to give us a foot massage. This is not what I wanted or what the Groupon offered. I left in a fluster. I am a student, and this was supposed to a be a relaxing spa day for me. It was quite the opposite. They were smart enough to figure out how to make my coupon as redeemed after an hour of arguing. So I’m asking for a refun for both mine and my friends massages we purchased.
GetHuman-brewekat did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
