I purchased three King's Island amusement park tickets from Groupon for ***.** for June *th. When we got there we were told the vouchers were invalid (not their scan numbers) After two hours talking with managers and third party Viator (Max Alveraz)Max Alvarez (*****@***.com) who sent same vouchers that I had. King's Island said they cannot accept them. So I had to purchase three more tickets and am now out my purchase price. Mr. Alveraz said they couldn't issue refund to get ahold of you. Here is my booking reference number BR-*********. The manager is concerned because she knows there will be more cases like this.. she also said she was emailing you.
