Finally, after weeks, they scheduled both the haircut and a hair color change for me though I only requested a haircut. The salon gave me the wrong location over the phone, leading to confusion. Upon arrival, the staff was impolite, claiming I had asked for a highlight when we clearly agreed on a haircut on the phone. Faced with their only stylist being busy, I had to reschedule for a week later. I am seeking a refund for the inconvenience and lack of respect during this salon Groupon experience.

I contacted the merchant a week ago to schedule an appointment using a Groupon voucher. They initially hesitated to book the appointment and said they would call back to arrange it. However, I never received a callback. Today, when I reached out again to book, they seemed reluctant when I mentioned the voucher. During the call, they asked about my child's age, and upon learning she is one year old, they claimed there were no classes available for her age group, which is stated as 18 months to 3 years old on the Groupon. I explained she would turn 24 months in July. After putting me on hold, they offered a class only on Friday at 9:00 am. I felt disappointed in the treatment I received, feeling discriminated against for using a Groupon voucher. I have decided to request a refund and will not be considering this establishment in the future, whether with or without a Groupon voucher.

Hello, I am encountering multiple issues on your website. I purchased Legoland tickets for my niece, but I received 11 unexpected refunds. Assuming it was a bank error, I contacted my bank, and they confirmed it was not. I reattempted the purchase, which resulted in pending charges on Groupon without any email notifications. I am Sylvia Lucas-Brown. I recently booked a 2-day stay at Hotel Monte Carlo Boardwalk Hotel in Ocean City, MD for May 23 and 24. I reserved 2 rooms - a double queen for 1 night and a king suite. At check-in, I was informed they had no king suites available, despite my booking confirmation. The hotel claimed Groupon should have notified me. I only received an email at 5:11 pm on May 23, which I missed as I had already checked in. Due to the inconvenience, I request a refund of $22.10, as I was charged $[redacted].88 instead of $[redacted].78 for the room issue. Thank you.

I recently received an email notifying me that my order had expired and I had a limited window to make an exchange. I requested a phone call to address this matter. Despite receiving the call the next day, there were technical difficulties, and the person on the line could not hear me despite my repeated attempts to get their attention. I confirmed that my phone was not muted. Subsequently, I received an email stating that they had tried to call me but I had not answered, leaving me no means to reach out to Groupon for assistance. I am frustrated and seeking help with this issue. If unresolved, I will share my grievances on social media and advise others against using the service due to the lack of customer support. I am also considering escalating this matter to the state Attorney General's office as the emails suggest that my $75 refund may not be processed. Today, I had an appointment scheduled with Drapper Cleaning at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, they texted me at 10:15 a.m. to inform me they couldn't make it due to a meeting, leaving me frustrated as I have family arriving tomorrow. I purchased a Groupon deal for a Japanese steakhouse in Alexandria, Virginia, using the "buy it now" option for $33. The deal was for a $60 voucher for a party of 4 or more. During checkout, I applied the "sale3" coupon from the Groupon site, which was supposed to give me a 20% discount, reducing my total to $26.40. On May 26, I purchased a mattress set but didn't receive any email confirmation from Groupon or on my credit card for 24 hours. Worried, I bought it again the next day, unwittingly ending up with two non-returnable final sale sets. When the delivery company contacted me for delivery arrangements, I clarified the situation and only accepted one set. The status of the other order claims it's in transit, but it doesn't seem to be coming to me. I haven't received a refund yet, although I understand the policy. I believe I could contest this since the set they sent, Sealy Meticulous, is different from the Sealy Titanium I intended to buy.

I bought a Groupon for a chiropractor visit, but after going to two different locations, they both requested that I get an X-ray before receiving an adjustment. This would incur an additional cost of $40-$75, and I am not experiencing the relief I was seeking for my back when I purchased the Groupon. I used 5 tickets for the Duck Adventure last Saturday, which unfortunately turned into a nightmare for me, my kids, and my fiancé. The boat broke down in the middle of the lake, and we had to be towed to another boat to return. What was meant to be an hour-long tour, ended up being over 2 hours on a boat without bathroom facilities with 3 kids. It was extremely upsetting when my 6-year-old had an accident because there was no restroom available. I am disappointed that they didn't offer a refund. I used my debit card to purchase an item that was falsely advertised. After requesting a refund, I received a check from Canada. I have recently received three faulty orders from you. Out of the three sets of solar flamingo lights I purchased, only one worked properly. One flamingo had no legs, and the other had only one leg. The cherub ornament looks nice in the garden, but it doesn't light up as it is supposed to. I was promised a £10 credit for the two faulty flamingo sets, but it hasn't been applied to my account. On my latest order, the cherub's water feature doesn't light up as expected, despite being solar-powered. I initially tried your website because my family uses GROUPON, but I am quite disappointed with the products I have received so far.
