On ***, I purchased ** Go Explore DC passes from Groupon DC for $***. The purchase was acknowledged by an automatic Groupon followup email, but when I used the link to my Groupon voucher, no voucher was listed for my ** passes. I contacted Groupon by their customer service email. I got a response from an agent asking for more info on ***--I replied with all of the information shortly after the request. The purchase was pending on my VISA shortly after my purchase, and cleared my VISA on Wednesday. I am now in Baltimore, and only have simple printer access through tomorrow morning. I need them to followup, or refund my money. I flew Thursday and today, and intend to use these shortly in DC area. I will not have a printer at my destination after ** AM tomorrow. Please help me solve this now!

I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Since I never received the voucher, and I have a series of emails to show I attempted to solve it with Groupon Inc., I believe I will not have to pay the charge.
