Purchased a Groupon for *- Course cooking lessons from Miracle Catering and scheduled an appointment with the head chef for June *th at * pm. After driving an hour in traffic, we arrive ** minutes early and find the business doors locked with no lights. We call the number on the Groupon which isn’t the actual number of the business and have no success getting someone on the phone. We then find a different number on the store front call and leave a message and do not receive a phone call back, Finally I emailed miracle catering through their website after waiting till *:**.**This Groupon was purchased as a gift and for $** we drove an hours distance, without dinner or cooking lessons. The owner replied to our email eventually stating something came up, sorry. As this owner had our contact info (phone number) we feel we were owed a courtesy phone call stating he had to cancel on short notice. **I would like a full refund. I have no desire to reschedule or return.
I trust that Groupon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
