I purchased a cryotherapy session (* session package deal) for **.**. The same day I found a better deal that included * sessions instead of *, and I had a total of **.** groupon buck's. I requested a refund because I picked the other place (one touch) and purchased it for **.**. My groupon account shows I was issued a refund for **.**.*Well everything was fine until it all disappeared. My account shows a balance of * and refund was not applied as a credit or refunded to my bank account. So I am once again requesting it be credited back to my card or applied or a credit to be used toward another service. If Not Applied To Other Purchase THEN Please Refund **.** * **.** For Both Cryotherapy Sessions purchased.If This Matter US Not Handled ASAP no later than tomorrow I will have no choice but to contact my attorney to take care of this. So Please Contact Me ASAP FOR NEW Card Info To Issue A Complete Refund Including My groupon Buck's. *Thank you, Belinda Ansley ******@***.com ***-***-****
