I purchased a spa package from Tranquality therapeutics we have had a great deal of difficulty using the three appointments she did have to go on a medical leave and then we can only do one per month and then we try to redeem the last one she was on medical again cancel the appointment then we were supposed have an appointment again Saturday the **th we text message to inquire that it was still ago she said that we were rude to her we have the messages to prove that there was nothing rude said and that we should call you for a refund so I need to know what steps I need to do to get the Tranquality therapeutics we have had a great deal of difficulty using the three appointments she did have to go on a medical leave and then we can only do one per month and then we try to redeem the last one she was on medical again canceled the appointment then we were supposed have an appointment again Saturday the **th we text message to inquire that it was still ago she said that we were rude to her we have the messages to prove that there was nothing rude sad and that we should call you for a refund so I need to know what steps I need to do to get the refund For this package which has been a total loss in my opinion she should not post anymore on Groupon because there is no quality to her appointments my phone number is ***-***-****
