I’m really troubled by the way Groupon handle my order and here’s the reason:*I ordered a membership to Bjs. I than contacted your customer service on April **, *to ask a technical question and for some reason your staff cancelled my order.*I contacted them again and it was verified that the error was that of Groupons.*They then told me that the only option I had was to place the order again. When I went through the effort of making the same purchase (Bjs membership ) again the system refused because the first order was still in the system.*I tried again today and it sent me a message indicating that the option for the Bjs membership for $** which included the membership plus $** in Bjs dollars was not available.**I don’t think I should be penalized for a groupon error.**If you look at my purchases you will note that I’ve made multiple purchases from Goupons and had started to move from Amazon to Groupons.* I would like you to put my order back the way I placed it from the beginning!**I tried calling your ***-***-**** several times but no one answers.
