Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

When I do RETURN PACKAGE the system keeps giving me the following message. “Ooops! Goupon is temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again in a few minutes”** I also had a live Chat with one of Groupon’s Live Chatters. They suggested I contact JustAnswer.com. JustAnswerand suggested I continue to contact Groupon.**Please send the RETURN LABEL so I can return the toothbrush and heads so I can get my refund.
GetHuman-msmct did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
