We, my dad and i,bought our greyhound ticket from colorado springs co. To lafayette la. All was good untill we got into Dallas texas. A driver didn't show up and we ended up missing our transfer in Houston tx. We were delayed for * hours. When time came for our new departure another delay of * to * hours. We have nothing to eat. Ran out of cigerettes, and they have no food vouchers or any way to comfort us. We are told to just sit down and wait. This is absolute bull... Last time i rode greyhound at least when i was delayed i was givin a $** food voucher. I am so dissapointed with the greyhound lines.**Bathrooms are filthy hardly managed.*Staff is rude.*Anf the security in most stops are lazy and inattentive.*In Amarillo tx the security was sitting on his bum on his phone goofing off.**I would really like at least half of our money back for insintive. But give me your best offer.
