If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.
The issue in GetHuman-paigemac's own words
I paid $*** for a bus to Detroit. The first bus left me and half the passengers behind after being *.* hours late. Then there wasn't enough room on the second bus, again I was left behind without any help in finding my way. Was then thrown on a bus to Pittsburgh without any help figuring out what bus I would take there after several employees disregarded my concerns and answered none of my questions. * hours into the busride to Pittsburgh, the busses cooling system broke down, so from *am - *am we were at a bus stop in Philadelphia. I missed my connection to detroit and had to fly from Pittsburgh home the next day costing me upwards of $***. I would like a refund for this trip as I never was able to make it to my end destination like the ticket I originally bought indicated.
GetHuman-paigemac did not yet indicate what Greyhound should do to make this right.
