Hello!*I took the **:**am bus last night* (Saturday **th) from San Fransico to Reno.*during the trip the seats moved and knocked my bag over spilling all the contents of my bag out.*I am missing a little blue folder with my passport in it. My name is Melissa Hennessy.*I have spoken to the gentleman who works at the Reno station and he said the bus would not of been cleaned until it got back to San Fransico.*I know its not your responsibility for my items but the seats being stationary is. I was sitting on the right hand side closer to the back. I have also called ** different customer service numbers and nobody wants to help?
