I have ordered a new greendot card and have not received it. I canceled my old card for fraudulent activity in January. I have yet to receive my new card and am still getting charged *.** monthly fees? This is not fair, because I have Not recieved any card as of today. I need to know if it was mailed to the correct address. I moved in Sept ****, and I need to speak to a living person please. Thank you
