I tranferred $***. from my bank to my walmart prepay visa but they withdrew the money out and put it in a closed greendot account. I've called at least **times emailed ** times I was told * times they would mail the money back since they cant just put it on the card number I gave them to start with I have not received a dime it's been * months. I missed a payment on a real credit card and was charged a late fee because of this mess. I need my money asap I'm disabled ** yrs old and on a small fixed income this isn't right please help me I have tried every way I could find myself
