My GreenDot account is telling me that my account requires further review and that I am unable to access my account until it's completed I do not understand what is going on with my account but my stimulus payment was scheduled to be directly deposited into my account today May **th **** and two days ago when I went to log into my account because I was hoping that since it's a GreenDot card maybe my check would be deposited early it told me I was locked out I have emailed a couple of different emails that I seen in other chat rooms may help me with people who have the similar pop problem to mine verify my identity I have sent in a copy of my picture ID my social security card and a picture of my card with Green Dot I'm unsure what I can do to fix this problem but my stimulus payment was the only thing that was saving me and my family from being kicked out of her house I had promised my landlord that today when that money got deposited to my account I would have my $**** stimulus check to cover my rent and back rent but now I don't know what is going on because my account won't let me log in and when I try to call my card it won't tell me anyting when I try to use my card it says that my card is not working it's declined I don't know what I can do please help me please my family really needs this money and it took me a long time to get the stimulus check in I wasn't lucky like some people and get it early I don't have no other income right now besides my food stamps for my kids but no cash coming in as I lost my job to the Coronavirus I really depended on my GreenDot account that is why I had it scheduled to be directly deposited into this account please tell me what kind of verification I have already sent in my social security number and card a picture of it I sent in a picture of Mike Indiana state ID that is valid it's not expired or anything I have seen in a picture of my GreenDot card I can verify any and all information my name is William Matthew Durant j o e r e n d t my date of birth is * * * * of **** my social security number is ***** *** * my current address is *** Southgate Drive Greenwood Indiana ***** the previous address witches the address I first started my account with but my address is updated to this new address in the online app but the previous address was ** North Edgehill Road Indianapolis Indiana ***** I stood in verification exactly ** hours ago and was told after I submitted to a ID and social security card and a picture of the GreenDot card that it would take exactly ** hours before anything could happen but now that it's the **th and my stimulus check was supposed to be deposited into my account today I am scared that my money is going to be lost somewhere are in the worst case scenario for me right now I'm going to find out that you guys rejected it and hopefully the IRS will permit me a check in the mail as soon as possible but that's probably going to take extra long and unfortunately for me my landlord has been awesome and he deserves his money but I have no way to catch up my rent or pay rent as my job does not reopen it was a catering company I was working for and the catering company has completely shut down for good my unemployment had not been approved yet and I understand that none of this is GreenDot support nor is it something that you probably went to read right now but I am begging you guys from the bottom of my heart to please help me resolve this matter my kids and I are the only people in the state of Indiana that are related to each other the rest of my family doesn't live in Indiana and unfortunately for me they are almost ** hours away in Missouri and I don't have no vehicle are ways to transport me and my kids there so if I lose my house today I will be homeless with my babies I'm single father and although I'm married we have been separated and unfortunately my wife has decided not to be a mother to our children nor would she care if our kids and me became homeless I couldn't even get her to answer the phone and let the kids come stay with her if I wanted to if I begged and begged her and if I showed up to where she was at and ask her for help she would probably just the door in her face and I won't let my kids see that I depended on my GreenDot account to do exactly what the account supposed to do and it's not like my account has not been used I've been using it a lot recently I even had to get a new card almost two weeks ago because somebody had use my account I guess online or something for something called GTL and it took away almost the full amount of money that I had finally got on my card that I was going to pay a bill with so that the Duke Energy would not be as high because it won't be the only intelity and eventually all these bills are going to hit to where they will be disconnected if you're not paid so I have to try to stay afloat somehow I'm just asking you to investigate my case and tell me what is needed so that we can get my account unlocked it's the only account I have that I actually used and I thought that even though I am not really familiar with current technology I thought that I had an easy account that was fairly accessible to people that were not really sure on how to open up a bank account I would prefer to have this account for a very long time and open up a savings account or anything because the online banking is a lot easier on somebody who is disabled and can't get around eventually my SSI payments would go on the same account when I finally get approved for it but currently fighting that and my lawyer does tell me I'm at the end of it so I was hoping that the cat would be used for my direct deposit for SSI because I was told that my government benefits would be available to meet up to four days earlier than first and no matter what I would probably get it at least * days early depending on when they actually send the check and that sounded really helpful to me will you please let me know if my stimulus check is coming on the card or if I am already put back into the system and waiting on IRS to decide if I will get my check issued anytime soon I don't understand why the account is being reviewed or investigated I've seen that sometimes when money is directly deposit to it drink a card they are having problems with actually letting people get their money and it's locking up a lot of people's accounts I was told that I messed up and when I created my account with green. I was supposed to give my full name when I gave my social security number in my date of birth I said that my name was Matt Durant because that is the name that I have always play on all my paperwork in that is the name that I signed my checks when I used to have a checking account through Chase but my full name was William Matthews rant the all of the names might not match ***% on my GreenDot account William Matthew to rent and Matt Durant do have the same exact social security number and date of birth I didn't use no other numbers I just messed up and put Matt Durant down when I opened up the online account because I wasn't aware that I couldn't do that as I stated I'm in my forties and online account that gave me a debit card so although I made a mistake the social security number and the date of birth match up ***% And the address to check would have been sent to if it was not sent to me would have been ** North Edgehill Road Indianapolis Indiana ***** which is still my mother's house and it is the first address that was on my GreenDot account matter of fact I think that I just updated my address within the last * or * weeks when I realize that it still had my mom's a dress down either way there's something that has to be done here please I don't want to lose my GreenDot account this is the account that I gave my lawyer for SSI and I don't want to contact them and have to change over all my information just so I can get my Social Security checks because that right there is a five-year. I fought for and I should be getting awarded my back pay and my first Social Security payment within the next month to two months thank you for your time I really hope that there's something you can do as a customer service specialist are helper or whatever it is that your title is I do know that when I did work in customer service as a problem solver for Amazon back in the day my job was to go above and beyond to try to make the customer feel like any problems with result and to come to conclusions or help any problems come to a resolution that would benefit the customer no matter what I had to do or how I got it approved I do know that you guys probably have a million things going on with these accounts now with the stimulus checks and I just appreciate it if you at least take the time to actually understand that my family is depending on this account to just do the one thing that I set it up for it and that is to let my direct deposit go through thank you and have a blessed day from my family to yours I truly hope that your family has a blessed summer explain everything to you in such a detail I understand that you probably don't want to spend too much time on one person's problem and I probably took a little bit extra time with everything I told you I do apologize
