I've had a Turbo debit card for over a year. I have been trying to do a bank transfer to add money to it. I have to link the two accounts from the sending bank's app or site. When I enter "Green Dot" as my bank name the only drop-down options are "Walmart money card by green dot" and "green dot prepaid debit card," neither of which recognize my card number as valid. I've had this same issue on other apps when trying to receive money sent to me by family. Why is my Turbo card not recognized or associated with Green Dot Bank if they are the issuing bank? How can I use my card, as the bank claims I can, to receive money if the bank treats it as a separate entity from them?
