A visa pre-paid debit card was purchased on ******* from a dollar general store in the amount of $***.** with a fee of $*.**. * days later of monthly service fee of $*.** was deducted from the card. A current balance of $***.** is now available. Card was purchased to use on-line for an auto part. The transaction was declined. Also tried to swipe and input card information manually. When calling the card customer service for info using the card number and code on the back, status stated was invalid. When using SS* a balance on card was given. After calling the customer service line several times , no help was given. At this time I respectfully request the current balance be returned in the check to void any additional fees and deductions.
