I purchased a Walmart money card at Walmart in Shelton Washington. I registered the card with my social security number and my name which had just been changed due to me getting married. After I registered the card I tried to use it to pay a bill it was taken off monthly but it would not accept it. They said due to my recent name change that they cannot verify who I was. Later in the day when I called the customer service I had noticed that I lost my physical card but I still have the number. So I called customer service and let them know what was going on ask him if there's anything I could do and told them that I lost my card physical card while they weren't able to mail me one for some reason so I told him to go ahead and put it down as lost or stolen and then they were going to refund my money with a check. The gentleman on the phone told me it would take one to two days I have been waiting almost a month now and the money is still there it said it was on the card still last time I had looked I have the app but it wanted me to go to the main website. Anyway regardless when I call your customer service people now they tell me that I have to have a call from corporate well apparently I missed the call on Saturday because the lady there spokeless it'll be Monday or Tuesday would be during business hours well it wasn't so I missed a call. All I want is my hundred and $** off the card that's what I want. I don't know why that is so difficult to have my Social Security my name everything else is mine I will give you the information.
