The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

I have been trying to get a replacement card for months now. I have asked that my account be closed and my money sent to me. ... I had called for a replacement card probably better than ** weeks ago. It was a load able Walmart MoneyCard. As of today, I still don’t have one. I have spoken with several people, promising me one in * to ** working days. I still haven’t gotten a card and Green Dot still has my money.
My check was directly deposited onto the card. Without a card I can use the funds. My finances are a mess and no one seems to care.
Ideally a replacement card would be wonderful and I would like it as soon as possible.
