There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I bought one of your cards yesterday at CVS and gave the lady $***.** to use it, the same day. I asked her specifically if I give her $*** which I did and I went out into my car to activate it with the number that is on the card in the package that I would be able to use it the same day and that did not happen. Instead I went back in explained it to the manager and I registered my name phone number Etc and then it said the card will be mailed to me within * to * business days. I don't need the money in * to * business days I get paid before that. And I cannot talk to a human being at Green. To resolve this and the manager at CVS would not give me my money back could you please call me at *:** *** **** or email me at *****@***.com. I will be calling CVS district manager because of the way I was treated by his employee who's supposed to be a manager and educate these cashiers when asking a direct question? I would like my $***.** to be back in my hands and not with any extra charges and do not prolong this by sending me a automated email. You make it very well known that you do not give out your customer support phone number and get to talk to a live human being and even giving incorrect information which should be illegal and I will not stop pursuing this. Discard that I purchased obviously did not have indented numbers or a chip code but that's not show that when purchasing it and it is not my fault that I asked all the right questions and was told specifically I could use it the same day I gave CVS my $***.** over to you. My opinion is fraud and if someone is selling your product and not giving correct information. not my problem. There is nothing on the front or back of your package until you purchase it that states you have to wait * days to get the card in the mail so you can use your money I only needed $** on a credit card yet I put *** on it just because we're going grocery shopping ,that didn't happen.
