If you're having issues with your Green Dot account then we suggest either calling 866-795-7597 or calling the number on the back of your Green Dot card. If you call 866-795-7597 then please click option 5 for more support but you will be prompted to enter in any of your card details including the 16 digits on the front or CVV.
The issue in GetHuman-roseypoe's own words
I went today to a *-** ( same place where I got this card ) , and I wanted to reload it, but when the worker slid the card on his side in order to put money, the machine had told him ' No location found ' . I asked what that meant and he said, that I couldn't reload it there and he wasn't sure where else to reload it. I would like to know why it wouldn't reload there, and where else I can reload it. Thank you.
