In November **** I attempted to make my first primor credit card payment. I didn’t verify my account first. So my account was froze. When I realised the mistake, I emailed documentation immediately. This was in December, maybe mid month. The customer service rep I spoke to told me it could take up to ten days for my account to be unfrozen. I tried, unsuccessfully, to use my card about twenty days later. I assumed that perhaps due to the holidays, there was a delay and didn’t think much of it. A few days ago I tried logging in to my account to see what’s going on with it. Apparently I tried the wrong log-in information several times, locking me out. When I call, I’m having difficulty reaching a human. I have number in which I can speak with a human once my account has been found. However, when I enter my ** digit card number, the response is “invalid account number”. I’m feeling quite frustrated at this time. This is a pre-paid credit card. So if my account was closed, I should’ve been reimbursed my deposit of $***. However, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from anyone concerning the matter since I received the email alerting me that my payment hadn’t gone through. I know my bank account was eventually verified because my payment went through, as I now have $* balance. I’d appreciate any help, please and thank you!
