My pin number and birthday on my Wal-Mart Money Card were recently changed without my authorization. I suggested sending a fax with my ID and the card receipt to verify my identity, but they requested a bill from my new address. Unfortunately, I have only lived at this address for two days. When I proposed going to Walmart with my receipt and ID to transfer the funds to a new card, I was informed that Walmart does not have control over Wal-Mart Money Cards.

I recently received an email notifying me that a card has been approved without my request. The email provides a User ID and instructions to log in to the Walmart MoneyCard mobile app or website. It also includes contact information for customer service. I am concerned that my credit information was used without my knowledge since I did not initiate this request.

I registered a dispute regarding an ATM transaction where the funds were not received. Despite being informed several times that I was eligible for provisional credit, it was denied. Although eventually issued, the credit was later reversed after some unpleasant interactions with representatives. The credit reversal was labeled as a bill pay debit, seemingly to hinder me from receiving it. I also reached out to the merchant and they claim not to have received any dispute related to my debit card. This situation requires urgent attention and resolution. My card expired today. I attempted to call in but was disconnected three times after holding for more than 15 minutes each time. When I eventually spoke to someone, I provided my information: SSN [redacted], Christine B., DOB 7/15/[redacted], address [redacted] South 63rd Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin [redacted]. However, there seems to be an incorrect phone number on file that I tried to correct without success. Despite my attempts, no one would assist me or transfer me to a manager, insisting on having my phone number which was incorrect. They suggested going online, but as my card expired today, I couldn't access my account. This situation is urgent as my direct deposit and funds for my kids are on this card. I'm willing to provide any necessary information; I just need my card to function. I suspect my new address due to buying a home recently may have caused the issue. Last year, I used GreenDot to receive my federal refund, and this year, I tried to do the same. I used the same account numbers as last year. After calling GreenDot customer service to request a new card for the same account, I have faced issues activating it. Both the new card and a card I purchased are not activating online. I have attempted to contact support for five days, but the automated service keeps hanging up on me, and I haven't been able to speak to a human. I'm unsure which account my refund was deposited into. I urgently need assistance but have been unable to reach anyone for help. I am in possession of an active card and another that won't activate. I recently upgraded my phone from prepaid to contract and transferred my number. Unfortunately, my old iPhone stored all my GreenDot card information in the iCloud email linked to the previous number. Now, I can't access my Green Dot app with the new phone. I've tried calling customer service multiple times but have been disconnected. I was advised to use the online app for help, but it hasn't resolved my issue. My card has expired after years of use and having my paycheck deposited on it. I am unable to access my funds due to the expiration on 3/1/[redacted]. After a long wait, I spoke with a live person and explained the issue, confirming my details. However, the phone number on file was incorrect, which hindered the process of resolving the matter. Despite owning the card for over 4 years, my correct number was never requested before. Repeated attempts to rectify this online and through multiple calls were fruitless as no one seemed willing to assist, even after requesting to speak with a manager. Some representatives were unprofessional, even laughing and hanging up on me. With my rent due by 3/4, this situation is pressing as I risk being evicted with my kids over an incorrect phone number. I have also contacted the banking commission and a local TV station for assistance. The promised manager call did not come through within the stated time frame. I am currently unable to take calls while at work in security.

I discovered that my federal tax return had been deposited onto someone else's Green Dot card, thanks to the routing number. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the card number. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach a representative from Green Dot to resolve this issue. TurboTax was somewhat helpful in directing me, but I am ultimately frustrated by the lack of progress in resolving this situation.

I opened a Green Dot account using my old address in Michigan before moving to Chicago, Illinois. Unfortunately, my card was sent to my old address and returned. Despite multiple attempts to change my address and providing documents twice, it remains unchanged. I was informed that my expired driver's license is the reason for the issue, as I do not drive in Chicago. Due to work hours, it's challenging to visit the DMV, and the process for a new license would further delay accessing my funds. I have been attempting to reach out to your customer service for over a month without success. Each time I call, I get disconnected. I was charged $15 for a product I never received. Although my other mail reaches me without issue, you claim my card was returned to you. I am dismayed to have spent $85, waited almost a month and a half, and still have not received my card or been able to contact anyone at your company. This feels like theft to me. I have documented each call made over the past three and a half weeks where I was informed my card was returned to you to await a representative, only to be disconnected after holding for long periods. Recently, I am directed to your online service and then abruptly disconnected. I am frustrated by this experience. Thank you.

I loaded $80 onto my card to purchase a college textbook but encountered issues with the payment. After contacting Green Dot, I found that my balance was only $72.72, which was frustrating. I purchased a Green Dot Load & Go card three days ago, but I have been unable to use it at all. Despite registering, activating, adding my phone number and address, and changing the PIN, the card does not recognize the new PIN when I try to make a purchase. Now my account is locked, preventing me from accessing it to resolve the PIN issue. I loaded $50 onto the card and am frustrated as I am unable to use it anywhere except in-store, where it still doesn't work. I don't have my ID to unlock further features like ATMs or online purchases. I am hoping to resolve this so I can withdraw $45 from an ATM. Thank you.

Yesterday, I visited Panda Express and ordered an $8 dish, adding a $1 contribution to the hunger foundation, making the total $9.76. The initial transaction failed as I was short by 3.76 cents. I paid with $20 cash and transferred money to my card to cover the difference. However, I noticed two charges on my account - $6.76 and $9.76, totaling $17 for an $8 meal. Even though the manager assured me I wasn't charged, my statement shows otherwise. I still have the receipt as proof. I seek a refund for the overcharge.

I rented a room through Airbnb for one month. Soon after the host left, I discovered mold in the room. I left shortly after taking photos and packing my things. I requested a refund from the host and Airbnb, but they denied it. The room had mold, impacting my respiratory health as an asthmatic. I want a full refund on my GreenDot card. The host cleaned the mold after I left, but I never stayed another night. They are not following their implied warranty of habitability. The health risks associated with black mold exposure were disregarded, highlighting the importance of upholding the implied warranty of habitability in rental accommodations. The host's negligence and refusal to address the mold issue have left me disappointed, seeking a prompt refund of $2,[redacted].46. Frustratingly, after four days of attempting to reach them, the representative abruptly ended the call after 30 minutes. I refuse to be overcharged by Green Dot and find it concerning that their representatives are in the Philippines. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with his behavior, the representative irresponsibly responded and even made prejudiced remarks. My replacement card was previously working but has now stopped. I contacted Green Dot support on 3/4/[redacted] after being declined three times at a gas station. The operator assured me the card was fine but I insisted it had been declined multiple times. She said she would try three transactions at the gas station, though I was not there. I attempted to use the card online twice afterward, but it still didn't work. When I called the Green Dot business line with the area code [redacted], I was directed back to the [redacted] toll-free number. I need assistance in getting my card operational. As the employer, I want to share the frustrating experience we've had dealing with Green Dot regarding an issue with an employee's direct deposit. Everything seemed to be in order with the direct deposit information provided by the employee, but the funds did not reach the intended account due to an error made by the company sending out the new account information. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Green Dot, we have not received the funds back yet. The customer service representatives we spoke with have been unhelpful and unwilling to escalate the matter appropriately. We were provided with a reference number by Armando, who seemed more understanding, but the problem persists. We are still awaiting the return of the funds and hope for a resolution soon.
