The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

I use a feature on your app for a check to be sent automatically. The money was taken out of the account but the check was not we received by the recipient. I call on sat. The **th of February **** and was told that you guys had put this under investigation and to call back in * days. I have called * times today and every time I ask to speak to a specialist I’m have been disconnected. Today is the *th day February **th **** which I was told that if the check was not received by then the money would be replaced back into my account which has not happened. If I could please receive a call today about this it would be much appreciated thank. * * Dustin Bess
