I tried to add money to my card at family dollars and I got a code flagged on my card that said do not load. Then I came home to log on into my account and it said we need to send a verification code to your mobile phone or email. *Unfortunately, we don't have this information on file. Please call the number on the back of your card for further assistance. Which is funny because I can check my balance on my phone and I don't know why they can't send a verification code. Also I called the customer serive line and got hung up on all day . starting from * pm to * pm. I had this card forever I have never had this problem.
GetHuman-kayhorto did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
