I've been calling over three days to speak to a representative. The line says we will now transfer for then hangs up repeatedly. I have a daughter who is broken her foot recently received my income tax return. And need to purchase a VEHICLE I don't have family transportation. I'm having issues with my money I worked for other companies are getting familiar with contacting your customer service number and never getting through.what am I to do I have to get back and forth to job I am a single mother I have worked my *** off the entire year not allowed GreenDot to take hold over my money and to treat me as if I am such a child to where I can't spend it I need to buy a vehicle I need to have access to my money as a matter of fact I want to transfer my money out of green. And put it into my bank.
