So I have been having a lot of trouble with my card. I spent **** dollars and loaded my first time with the card then spent it. On the **th of January I put another **** dollars and it appears that they just loaded the same card. Which is fine but with that card number every time I call Green Dot it says that was an invalid entry. Regardless of which Green Dot number I call. The reason I was primarily calling was regarding a *** dollar dispute. I was wondering what more I need to do to get that money back on the card. Also I need to be able to get a hold of Green Dot if I have anymore questions. Please email me back as soon as you can and let me know what I can do. I am unsure if I should be getting a different card. I did order a platinum card but I found you half to pay cash to load it. Which is not what I was going for. I did figure out that I should be using my old green dot card.**The number on the old and still active card at least I think it's still active unless there's something I do not know. However is **************** with an expiration date of ***** and a cvc of ***. Please let me know if this number is accurate and why it keeps telling me it's an invalid entry at your soonest convenience.
