This is ridiculous every time I get a reload number it says you need to wait ** minutes I wait at least ** minutes every time. Tonight I kept trying to enter as I really needed the cash and it locked me out I have no idea for how long and now my son is going without his needed medication. There is no reason what so ever to kick the account because green dot doesn't know how long ** minutes really is. I don't even know what to do the most aggravating part is there's no way to talk to a human being this is terrible customer service
