I need my money back as soon as possible ... I went to a PNC Bank ATM located in Princeton, WV and requested $***.** off and it gave me a receipt that said the action selected is not available at this time and it gave me no money but when I went to my greendot app to my transactions, the $***.** has been taken off anyways. The manger at the store gave me the PNC Bank number and I got ahold of them and they told me to get in touch with greendot. I hope and pray greendot can get it figured out and get my money back because afterwards I went to the other PNC Bank ATM location in Princeton, WV and tried drawing $**.** off and it worked perfectly fine but my $***.** is also still taken off
It was $***.** not just $*.** or $**.** or I wouldn’t even be worrying about it as bad but it’s right after Christmas and my car payment will be do soon so I need my money back as soon as possible
I hope they can figure out what happened with the machine at this location, during my transaction, around *pm on **********
I’ve been a greendot customer for a few months and never had issues
The lady from greendot gave me a dispute confirmation number and said someone was working on my case so hopefully I get good news here soon
