I sent out a request to send my personalized card nov **. I still have not received it. My direct deposit has hit already and my temporary card does not work to access my funds like the customer rep told me it would. They offered to expedite my card but I won’t be able to sign for it, because I work as well. I asked them to activists my card on their end so I can just transfer my funds to another account via the mobile app and closed the account with green dot they refused. I’m trying to get in contact with a customer representative and can not do so anymore to have them expedite the card to another address. I have contacted the federal reserve on this matter
