Tried to withdraw money inside the bank but card declined **-**-** and **-**-**. ... I called on Thursday **-**-** about debit card declined at Navy Army credit union. Customer rep. at green dot said amount I wanted to withdraw would be updated on their computer and I went to same place on Friday **-**-** card declined again. Called customer service again said I needed to use my pin number to approve withdrawal but was told at bank they cannot change options on bank's system. Bank REQUIRES last four numbers of social security number AND signature. All banks in USA require this procedure to withdraw money because I cannot open an account in any bank because I owe money to a bank.*Now for me to withdraw money I have to pay $*.** one day to withdraw $***.** and pay another $*.** the next day to withdraw another $***.** so I can pay my bills. *The credit union I have been using does not charge me to withdraw money When I go inside.*I tried using their ATM but it declined my card as well As two other banks I tried. *I finally got $***.** out at an IBC bank but was charged a $*.** fee. *I am thinking of switching my full disability deposit to another card company. The change you made in your computer system does not work for me.*Also I am hard of hearing and I have difficulty understanding your customer representatives because of their accents.*I wear hearing aids but it doesn't help me hear better when people have foreign accents.
This was frustrating because customer service rep. said problem was fixed but it wasnt because bank could not follow green dots procedure change on banks computer.
I don't think Green dot can help me unless you change the procedure back the way it was.
I have been a customer since about **** so this change has affected me in a negative manner.
