The issue in GetHuman-fossgate's own words
Well I wanted to speak to some one else but the employee from the call center was asking me for a phone number that I had when I activated my green dot card I told her selvale times I didn't have that number and I couldn't remember it so she replied call back when you get it when you can remember I called back wanting to talk to someone esle then. She encroached me by telling me to call the online service and get it which created agony so when I did the system locked up my card now the when I call it's putting me in to a deadlock situation where I can't speak to a human or coustermer
GetHuman-fossgate did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
