The issue in GetHuman1638439's own words
RECEIVE FUNDS ... I have a Green Dot VIP prepaid card and my mother send me funds of $*** using her Person * Person transfer from her bank, which she sent using my mobile phone number. Once I received the notice that I had funds, it directed me to a site to enter my banks Routing number and Account number. I entered Green Dots Rt********** Acct*****************. It then confirmed and accepted the transfer. But the money never got to my account, after investigating further I realized that my Green Dot account number is NOT my card number. The account actual number is ************. The problem is the money has been accepted by your bank and the funds have been processed thru my moms bank. So somewhere Green Dot Bank has my $***. I need to know how to get it returned or credited to my account. Otherwise I will be taking legal steps to resolve the matter.
THEY ACCEPTED THE MONEY THRU ROUTING NUMBER SO SOMEWHERE GREEN DOT HAS THE MONEY
FUNDS RETURNED TO ORIGINAL BANK OR CREDITED TO MY PREPAID CARD
