I haven't asked you to permanent Green Dot card and I lost my cash back green dot card and now you're telling me there's nothing I can do with the $** that was on the lost card until the permanent card comes in. My mobile apps already shows the last * digits of the permanent card which has to be already printed and on its way there's no reason them knowing your number and printing it that they can't transfer $** of the $** that was on the lost card to the permanent card I have in my possession now so I can pay bills and go on with life I had to pay $* for a replacement card NetSpend and Brinks already offer free replacement cards. Paying $* for the replacement card on top of the $* monthly fee is already ridiculous enough. Absolutely no reason I shouldn't at least build that have online access to pay your purchase things with the card for my app. I will be discontinuing any further dealings with green. And would advise if no one else does business with them they do not have customer friendly practices.
