Horrible customer service!! Need my card activated TODAY to pay a bill online!

The issue in GetHuman-ggsstbb's own words
i was trying to use it ... I have registered my card but can NOT activate it. Your system says it is already activated. I have tried using at three different locations and all three said invalid card. i have called your customer service approximately six times and they are no help at all. your system may say its active but i can clearly tell that its not.. When i log in on the mobile app it asks to activate the card and when i enter all the information in i get an error that the information doesn't match whats on a file. What should Green Dot do to make this right? I should defintely get my $*.** back or the most reasonable solution is TRANSFER MY FUNDS FROM THE TEMPORARY CARD TO MY GO BANK CARD. I dont understand if they are both in your system they are both greendot bank and customer service was able to pull up both accounts but said i couldnt transfer the funds because i dont have the personalized card. why in the **** do i need a personal card when this is from your bank??

GetHuman-ggsstbb did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.

i think all customers should be considered good? Without them you wouldnt exist!
YES have tried the mobile app, I have tried the browser on mobile device and now have tried a laptop
