Hello, I just opened up a green dot card in a check cashing store, I was told the card was active and was able to add myself and my wife’s direct deposit to my temp card so I did, but today I see that my direct deposit did not go through and when I call card services it says my card is not able to receive direct deposit due to being a temporary card. My old bank account that I had switched from has not received the funds as well and I would like to know what is going on I was told the card was active and even had money on the card after I made a deposit to activate it but now it is saying I do not have access, I have not received my main card in the mail yet so I am stuck and do not know what I can do at this point, I wanna see if you guys have my direct deposit money on hold or what I cannot talk to a live person on the phone due to the “limited card access” and am very frustrated, please I need some help getting this figured out because on my paycheck stub it is showing that the funds where supposed to be deposited into the direct deposit bank account info that was provided to me in the paper work please let me know what I can do at this point.
