I signed up for a secure credit card from GreenDot Platinum. Almost * weeks ago I have not received a card email, or phone call. They did not hesitate to take $*** out of my regular bank account and did not return it and have not returned my phone calls I have contacted headquarters. And have not been reached or notified my email address was given to them they have my bank account information and they made a transaction which I can prove via transaction number from my Bank of Colorado account I am very upset and have not been contacted
