The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

I wrote out a check and received confirmation from go bank that the check cleared from an email plus through the app. Go bank took the money from my account but never paid the recipient. They told them the account was closed and never paid it which isn’t true. I received an email from go bank last night apologizing and crediting me the $***. Although I appreciate that, I also want the bank fee of $** for the returned Check that I have to pay the company plus I would like to be compensated for the * hours I couldn’t work when I had to to the library to print out the confirmation email saying it was paid plus the time I spent at the other bank trying to show them the emails and the statement from my account. The check was returned in error from go bank so they should fix this. I called numerous times and can’t get a representative on the phone and it’s very aggravating. I want this issue fixed.
