The issue in GetHuman-leniceb's own words
my boyfriend's paycheck was to be direct deposited onto my Green Dot card on July **th. His first paycheck was deposited just fine. It is now been ** days and my card is still locked and we have been unable to have access to my boyfriends paycheck funds. We submitted the documents they requested on July ** and several times thereafter. We call by no answers, only that they need more time, sometimes its * days sometimes its * business days or we just need a couple more days. No reason why it is taking a month to review * state ID's that were sent for me and my boyfriend and a copy of my boyfriends check stub of the paycheck that was to be direct deposited. Nobody can ever help me when I call they always say "sorry about this" that is not helping me pay my bills. We have done nothing wrong and have cooperated completely but have gotten majorly SCREWED in the process. The process has taken so long I have been assigned * case numbers since the first one went over ** days. I find this very unprofessional and am very surprised the company is able to get away with just holding peoples money. I also better not be charged any fees for using my card as I haven't been able to use it for over a month now. I need my card unlocked and Kelsey Blinks added to my One Main Green Dot Card. I am unable to register my card due to its locked status.
GetHuman-leniceb did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
