On August **, **** I reloaded my Rush prepaid card in the amount of ***.** with a Moneypak reload card. Through Moneypak.com and the system prompted my to upload my identification then I received an email stating it wasn’t visible so I resent my identification as well as calling the customer support number from the internet. A representative informed me that my transaction states that it’s pending and it would take ** min to load to my card. And that hasn’t happened nor have I been able to retrieve another representative as of today. I need someone to check on this matter because I find it unprofessional that a company of this size can’t provide accurate and professional reasons why my funds are some how lost in the system.
