I lost my card and called for a replacement. The replacement was sent to a wrong address and wouldn't send me another one as I had to verify my identity. They ask for my ** digit card to continue the verification process which I can't do with out thecard. I had almost $*** in that account and I've had nothing but hassles since this happened. I either want a check for my balance or a card that actually works our actual customer service. This had been beyond frustrating and unnecessary. Fix this today.
GetHuman-eokilat did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
