GET A LOST CARD REFUNDED OR REPLACE ... I have a case *********. filed back on June **, I try to call the ***-***-**** as per told by the rep and punch in * and the case number and now it asks for the my card number or social security last *. The card was a gift and lost or solen thru the mail. so I dont have the number I wrote the company and got as far as a case number, VERY DISCOURAGED as it is $***
