If you’ve lost your Green Dot card and don’t have access to the registered email or phone number, it’s important to go through the account recovery process. Once confirmed, you can regain access to your account and order a new card.

You can access your funds even while waiting for a new card by transferring money to another bank account or by using services such as MoneyPak to reload another card. Additionally, you can use your account and routing numbers to pay bills online or make purchases and receive payments.

You can transfer funds from your Green Dot account to another bank account, use your account for online purchases, or utilize money transfer services that accept your account details.

Your Green Dot card's PIN number is not physically located on the card. You set your PIN during activation. If you forgot your PIN or need to change it, you can do so by logging into your Green Dot account online or through the mobile app.

There could be several reasons why your deposit is not yet on your card, such as delays in processing from the originating bank, verification issues, or errors in the deposit details. Ensure all information is correct and contact the originating institution if the problem persists.
