The easiest way to resolve any billing issues with Green Dot is to call 866-795-7597 and press 1 to get to a live representative from Green Dot . From there, you will need to enter your 16 digit card number or enter your social security to speak to that representative.

My card was lost *******, yesterday ******* I realized it was missing. I have two charges that I didn’t make and I need to report those two charges one for redbox **.** and *** for *.**. I spoke to redbox the charge is for a video game I didn’t purchase I have never bought a video game threw them. I need to know how I can file a claim to get that money back and I need the card reported lost and a new card. Also how can I gain access to the money that is still in my acct?
