I ordered a green dot prepaid visa card. I must have ordered * because I took the slip I received in and began direct deposit. When my paycheck was deposited it was put on a card I do not have. The card I have had $* on it. I have the account and routing number thrust my payroll at work and I need to transfer the $ from the card I do not have, to the card I do have. Got * operator and she hung up saying she could not hear me. After she repeated a question I asked her so obviously she heard me. Now I seem to be completely rerouted to all computer answering. I need a human for this issue. Please and thank you for any assistance with this problem.
