I just bought a new green dot card (debit Visa) and loaded $** on it and when I went to the website to register the card and put the card info in and push continue it says "You have exceeded the daily attempts. We are unable to process your request. You may try again after ** hours" error but it was the first time I put the info in so I tried it again and says the same thing, I waited ** hours and tried again and it still says the same thing, how can I register my card so I can access my money?
