The issue in GetHuman781659's own words
We have two employees with Green DOT cards and they have uploaded their license information. However, one said that card is still lock and the other one still asking for the license again. It has been over a week and they can't use their cards to purchase office supplies. Every time they call they just get the automation. Can we get a refund and we can purchase cards from another vendor. This has been a problem and we are getting many complaints.
GetHuman781659 did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
