I had activated a card for my work for direct deposit. I did not have the card long before an atm ate the card. I don't have the card number although I do have test of info. I called for a replacement card but being sent to an old address. I had talked to somebody live and they said since I already put in for another card I had to wait ** hours before getting it sent to my new address. Never could talk to somebody live after that.
GetHuman-mwevans did not yet indicate what Green Dot should do to make this right.
